Visit Fees
For patients with accepted insurance, Eura bills directly — your standard copay and deductible apply. For all other patients, flat-rate self-pay pricing with no surprise bills.
Your first appointment with the provider. Eura will review your goals, health history, and create a personalized care plan.
Ongoing care visits to review labs, adjust medications, and monitor progress. Most patients are seen every 3 months.
If your plan is not yet in-network with Eura, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your insurer’s out-of-network benefits.

EURA is currently licensed to see patients in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Colorado. If you are located in one of these states, you are eligible to be seen via telemedicine.

In most cases, no. EURA accepts direct-access appointments for most services. Some insurance plans may require a referral — Eura will let you know when you contact us to book.
Under the ACA, most insurance plans are required to cover PrEP — medication, labs, and follow-up visits — at no cost to you. Eura assists with any prior authorization or patient assistance program paperwork.
Yes. If EURA is not yet in-network with your plan, Eura provides a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurer for partial reimbursement. Many patients recoup a significant portion of costs this way.
Lab orders are sent electronically to the lab of your choice. Most patients use Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, which have convenient locations throughout New York — but any major commercial lab is accepted. Walk in with your order, no appointment needed at most locations.
No. EURA’s services are focused on specific areas of care — gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual health, mental health support, and related conditions. These services are not a substitute for comprehensive primary care. Patients are encouraged to maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for general health needs.
