Affirming & Trauma-Informed
Integrated mental health care focused on your emotional well-being — working alongside your medical care or as a standalone service.
Our Approach
At EURA, mental health care is not an afterthought — it is woven into the foundation of everything Eura does. Whether you are navigating the emotional aspects of transition, managing a longstanding condition, or simply need support, Eura provides affirming, judgment-free care that meets you where you are.
Every aspect of your care — including mental health — is delivered with your identity and lived experience at the center. You will never be asked to justify who you are.
Eura recognizes that many LGBTQ+ patients carry histories of medical trauma, discrimination, or family rejection. Eura's approach is built around safety, trust, and moving at your pace.
Conditions We Treat
The following conditions are regularly treated at EURA. Additional conditions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — reach out if you are unsure whether Eura can help.
Persistent low mood, loss of interest, fatigue, and changes in sleep or appetite. Eura assesses severity and offers medication management alongside supportive care.
Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, and panic. Eura helps identify triggers, support medication options when appropriate, and connect you with behavioral health specialists.
Post-traumatic stress arising from violence, discrimination, medical trauma, or other experiences. Eura takes a trauma-informed approach and refers to specialized therapists when indicated.
The distress that can arise from incongruence between one's gender identity and assigned sex. Addressed holistically alongside any hormone therapy or surgical planning.
Navigating family rejection, social transition, relationship changes, or workplace challenges. Short-term support and referrals to affirming community resources.
Additional mental health conditions are evaluated individually. Contact us to discuss your situation — Eura will be straightforward about what can be provided and when a referral is the best path.
Two complementary pathways — medication management at EURA and behavioral therapy through trusted outside partners.
Note: Medication is one tool — not a requirement. All options are discussed and your decision about whether medication is right for your care plan is respected.
For therapy and counseling, Eura connects you with a curated network of affirming, LGBTQ+-competent therapists and behavioral health specialists. You are never sent into the unknown.
